by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. The Handwriting is “On The Wall” Gov. Rick Perry uttered some blunt, plain-spoken words about the Obama Administration Agenda on Wednesday in Midland, Texas saying, “This is an administration hell-bent on taking America towards a socialist country.” The Governor was referring to Federal the Alien Transfer and Exit Program, a program he has been talking about for more than a week. Perry explains the Obama Program as a plan where illegal immigrants who are captured in Arizona are sent to the small Texas town of Presidio and set free. “It’s a sign that the Obama administration is trying to punish Texas,” Gov. Rick Perry said, adding that members of the state’s congressional delegation, as well as his office, weren’t given any warning of the administration’s plans for Presidio.” Find more videos like this on Mywesttexas Chatter According to a story by the CBS affiliate in Odessa, Texas, illegal immigrants are returned by the Obama Administration to Mexico via secured buses. The station also reported, “last year 4,500 illegals were sent back through Presidio. Over 90 will be bused across this bridge 7 days a week.” In addition, Brandi Grissom of the Texas Tribune reported [...]

Quorum Court Members Meet Conservative Forum Members by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. Rachel Dickerson, a reporter for the Log Cabin Democrat came to the monthly meeting of the Conservative Forum. The forum is open to Democrats, Libertarians, Republicans, Tea Party Members, Constitution Party Members Independents and members of general public. The forum focus is mainly on good government issues that affect Faulkner County residents. NOTE: Conservatives, as a whole tend to favor smaller more efficient government while Liberals tend to favor large less efficient government. Conservatives focus on life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness (less governmental micromanagement). Liberals seem to focus on less protection for life, less individual liberty in favor of larger government and fewer rights to pursue personal agendas. This month’s meeting was held at the Catfish & More Restaurant on the north side of Conway, Arkansas. The local owned and operated restaurant has an excellent meeting room and top-notch southern cuisine. At this meeting the members of the Quorum Court were invited and many accepted the invitation. The meeting was lively cordial and informative. Attendees at the meeting submitted written questions, which were read to the Quorum Court Members who agreed to answer questions from [...]

by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. Your rights are at risk over something most people actually do not like. Like it or not Polygamy is Protected under the 9th Amendment. Anti-polygamists, in their zeal to destroy Mormons, also destroyed much of the effectiveness of the 9th amendment and opened the door for attacking the 2nd amendment as well as the first amendment. The first amendment has been so badly damaged that the Federal Government has actually passed laws against “Hate Speech.” The first amendment was designed to protect hate speech. I have the right to say things you hate to hear but selectively, liberty by liberty, politicians have hamstrung free speech. By doing so we are having unlimited government assert its tentacles into every nook and cranny of our lives. Our children can’t even pray over their meals in public schools. You ask, what does that have to do with Polygamy. When you destroy the right of polygamy, you open the door to many other liberties being destroyed…one by one. Most People Do Not Know That The 9th Amendment Protects Polygamy I have asked a pro-polygamist to agree to a recorded interview. You can read the email I sent him below.
by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. Religious Right Not Responsible for Tiller’s Death Offensive political speech is coming under new attack. Political Correctness claims that right. Political Correctness is not written into any of the Constitutions in the United States or the 50 States. As a matter of fact, just the opposite is true. Re-read the first amendment. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. As anyone can plainly see offensive speech is a protected right. The doctrine of Political Correctness is anti first amendment. The First Amendment to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that expressly prohibits the United States Congress from making laws “respecting an establishment of religion” or that prohibit the free exercise of religion, infringe the freedom of speech, infringe the freedom of the press, limit the right to peaceably assemble, or limit the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances. This means that JusticeTimes.com can publish content offensive to Liberals [...]

by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. These are the founding priniples enumerated in the founding of our nation. But time after time, politicians seek to trample these principles as they rule over the people, instead of being ruled by the people. That is why our jails are full of people who have done minor offenses, many of which are the result of unconstitutional laws. Meanwhile, major crimes go unsolved like the case of Pamela Faye Felkins of Greenbrier, Arkansas. She was abducted at 8:54 PM on February 2, 1990. The case was broken by detectives in 1994. We will have much more to report on this case in the very near future. To make a sad story even sadder, the current sheriff will not send the crime scene mattress to the crime lab and the current and former prosecutors sit by doing very little if anything at all. But back to the matter at hand. Can’t Win For Losing? First thieves, pretending to be FBI Agents, then real cops come to take the man’s medical marijuana. “FBI! Get on the floor!” The drug war takes many twists and turns. Those were the drug war words Roger [...]

by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. – Sponsored by Real Gear for Real Bikers, Legalzoom and Jurisdictionary Preface: Eldredge, a former Reagan campaigner and entrepreneur, believes that America’s War on Drugs is an utter failure, and he pleads for legalization. Arguing that nothing seems to have been learned from the experiment with Prohibition, he points out the negative impacts of the drug war on crime rates, corruption, prison crowding, public health, civil liberties, and race relations. He proposes that the government sell illicit drugs in a system similar to state liquor stores, with the profits used for treatment and education. He argues that realizing there will always be a market for mind-altering substances will permit us to search for a “good” realistic solution rather than the “perfect” chimera of total interdiction. Eldredge’s suggestions are not novel, but his book is a concise review of the case for legalization of drugs. Reform Is Needed! Originally created to deal with emergency or other very-high intensity situations (e.g. snipers, hostages, barricaded suspects), drug war SWAT teams were deployed on fewer than 3,000 occasions in all of 1980. Today, drug war SWAT teams conduct raids more than 50,000 times per year, mostly while doing low-level drug [...]

Invincibility is seldom successful forever as the watchful eye of the public becomes ever more vigilant on holding public servants accountable. Citizens are growing more and more concerned about the levels of integrity of both their elected and appointed public officials. Gallatin County Sheriff Raymond Martin should know that the citizens are watching and reporting. Gallatin County Sheriff Raymond Martin is a Democrat who has been re-elected 4 times. The charges are serious; Gallatin County Sheriff Raymond Martin was arrested Monday and appeared in court on three counts of distributing marijuana and two counts of carrying a firearm while trafficking drugs. Some of the pot came from the evidence room and from seizures, which may not have been logged, into the evidence room. Brian Aubrey Burnette, 31, was charged by the Bedford City Police on April 17 with the attempted capital murder of a detective who was attempting to arrest him on outstanding felony warrants. Based on these leads, the Marshals’ Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force (CARFTF) in Roanoke requested assistance from their counterparts in Eastern North Carolina, the Violent Fugitive Task Force (VFTF). At approximately noon today, Burnette was arrested without incident at the Boulevard Motel, 4309 Bragg Boulevard in Fayetteville.
by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. – Sponsored by Real Gear for Real Bikers, Legalzoom and Jurisdictionary Most Wanted Well Established Client of the Mexican Mafia Failure to Serve Federal Sentence, Larry Porter CHISM: ALIASES: Kenneth Brookins, Jack Coffman Larry Porter Chism was a rather nerdy young man from Arkansas who stayed out of trouble and kept his focus on his studies. Very few people knew that Chism was a well established member of organized crime. By the time Chism was 26, he was two weeks away from law school graduation, and his future seemed promising. That’s why it was such a mystery when Chism was busted on armed robbery and narcotics violations. It turns out that when Chism was not in class, he was running a well-organized circle of teenaged drug runners, often traveling to Mexico in search of drugs. But when the law caught up with Chism, he was treated like a hardened criminal and given 40 years in prison. Prison life was no match for the bookish Chism.
by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. – Sponsored by Real Gear for Real Bikers, Legalzoom and Jurisdictionary FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: CONTACT: USMS Office of Public Affairs (202) 307-9065 Raymond Abbott-Baerga, who escaped from a maximum security detention facility in Puerto Rico while awaiting sentencing on federal firearms violations, was added today to the U.S. Marshals Service list of “15 Most Wanted” fugitives by Marshals Service Director John W. Marshall. Sponsored by Real Gear for Real Bikers, Legalzoom and Jurisdictionary Baerga, 38, used the alias Robo-Cop while smuggling weapons, such as AR-15′s and other automatic rifles, out of Orlando, Florida and selling them in Puerto Rico. The weapons ultimately were being distributed to local gangs and drug cartels in Puerto Rico that had strong ties to groups in Colombia. Baerga was arrested in February 1992, by Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents who seized numerous firearms, ammunition, and firearm accessories while executing a search warrant on his suitcases as he traveled from Miami to Puerto Rico. He pled guilty to weapons smuggling in April 1992, and was scheduled to be sentenced in Federal court when he escaped, amid a hail of gunfire, from the maximum security penitentiary in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico [...]

by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. – Sponsored by Real Gear for Real Bikers, Legalzoom and Jurisdictionary The People Are Waking Up & Asserting Their Rights Montana’s Governor, Brian Schweitzer has signed into law a bill (Montana House Bill 246) that is designed to exempt Montana made guns from federal regulation. This is but one more Conservative State waking up to the rights the People and the States kept for themselves. “It’s a gun bill, but it’s another way of demonstrating the sovereignty of the state of Montana,” the Conservative Democratic Governor said. The law applies only to those guns that are made and kept in Montana, its impact is limited as far a guns are concerned but significant as far as assetion of the 10th Amendment is concerned. Under the current Marxist Presidency, the Obama Administration is doing there best to hurry up and take away many of the 10th Amendment rights States had reserved for themselves when they formed the Federal Government. The States preceded the Federal Government and was organized by the States. The States have legally always been the boss of all bosses when it comes to American Government entities. In the classroom, our public school [...]

Talk about hitting the nail on the head, this film does just that and does it very well indeed. I just had to give this film the maximum number of “thumbs up,” plus one. This film is a must see for all aged persons who are politically perceptive at all.
