by Ron Bartels Criminal Justice - Why Do I Have To Micro-Manage Irresponsibility? November 22, 2008 – The War on Drugs is a Prime Example of a group of irresponsible people attempting to micromanage a group of irresponsible people at the expense of responsible people. The Bailout is another Prime Example of the same thing. One more Prime Example is our Penal System. They are called correction systems but they are not “as advertised,” as the statistics prove. It is time to consider who is transferring all this responsibility from one person to another and what may be motivating them to do it. Could we say that the folks who create many of these so called “do good laws” and “regulations” are themselves irresponsible? Of course we could say that so let us examine the premise to see if the concept self-validates. First, we will examine these three Prime Examples to see where our “rules” and “regulations” may foster irresponsibility. Then we will examine the “rule makers,” aka lawmakers, and the “regulation makers, aka bureaucrats.” Let me preface these remarks and this report by saying that I will make it your responsibility to come to your own conclusions. It would [...]

by: Peter David Medical Justice Your Body Cannot Stay Healthy if you are Always Under Pressure & Stress We were made to deal with stress and anxiety our ancestors faced in the old world (when they have to go into the forest and find foods). When we are facing a high amount of stress, the adrenal gland will inject adrenaline into the bloodstream which switches the nervous system into a “hyperactive” mode. This is known as the fight or flight mode and it’s a high-energy reaction. These reactions help to burn off the stimulative hormones that your body produces and then your body will return back to normal. However, your body is not designed to handle the kinds of stress that occurs in our time. Even though the biochemical responses are made for good, today, the very same biochemical responses are triggered hundreds of times throughout the day when we are frustrated, when we’re having problems in our family, when we angry, when we watch bad news on the TV, fear and other negative emotions provoked by stress, which does not burn off those stress hormones. These unused chemicals then quickly break down into various toxic by-products that poison our [...]

by Ron Bartels Watchdog Report CIA Admits Lies About Missionary Deaths November 21, 2008 – An investigation by the agency’s inspector general finds that officials covered up details of the 2001 incident over Peru that killed two Americans and wounded three other people. The purpose of the cover-up was to hide agency negligence in the downing of a private airplane over Peru in 2001 as part of a mistaken attack on an aircraft suspected of carrying illegal narcotics. An internal CIA report released Thursday accuses agency officials of lying to members of Congress and withholding crucial information from criminal investigators and senior Bush administration officials. The disclosure could lead to the reopening of a probe into whether agency officials committed crimes in the attack on the aircraft, which was transporting American missionaries, and then covering it up. One of our concerns is whether or not there will be a special prosecutor and how many heads will roll up the chain-of-command. The shoot-down of the missionary airplane killed Veronica Bowers, her infant daughter and injured three others, including Bowers’ husband and young son. The air to air attack was carried out by a Peruvian warplane working with CIA surveillance craft. These [...]

by Ron Bartels Criminal Justice -Narrow Majority Favors Decriminalization $10,400 Per Arrest for Less Than One Ounce? – Is it Worth It? November 21, 2008 - A recent Zogby International poll commissioned by the Arkansas-based Drug Policy Education Group has found that a slight majority of respondents favor decriminalization of the adult use and possession of marijuana. The poll was conducted November 7-11 and was based on a Zogby online panel of 436 voters deemed by Zogby to be representative of the state’s adult population. The margin of error was +/- 4.8%. Respondents were asked the following question: “In 2007, over 7,400 adults were arrested in Arkansas for misdemeanor possession of one ounce or less of marijuana, over half the state’s total drug arrests. According to a national 2005 study, state and local governments spend an average of $10,400 per arrest on police, courts, and jails. Based on that estimate, 2007 marijuana arrests will cost Arkansas taxpayers nearly $77 million dollars. Knowing this information, would you strongly support, somewhat support, somewhat oppose, or strongly oppose a law that would eliminate the penalties for adult marijuana possession of one ounce or less?” Slightly more than 35% strongly supported changing the pot [...]

America Needs to Return to Manufacturing Health Again November 21, 2008 – The Big Three Auto Manufacturers see the long line of other industries getting government bailouts, and wonders why not jump in and get some before it all runs out? We hear the the requests of the Big Three car makers and wonder, why? The Big Three Have Nothing New To Offer – But They Want Money For It! We Have An Answer For Them Here In This Article! Democratic leaders in Congress crafted a plan to fork over $25 billion to Detroit, above and beyond the $25 billion in loans the government already committed to help the Big Three make more fuel-efficient cars. The problem with that is that is it really a UAW Bailout and will do more harm than good. The Big Three need to go through Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code so they can reorganize and level the playing field with foreign Manufacture of automobiles. While the big three are in chapter 11, Congress can sanction recapitalization and the following tax law changes.
by Ron Bartels Law Enforcement Needs to be Monitored to kept Just and Fair Former Nogales, AZ officer convicted on 4 counts In Nogales, Arizona, a former Nogales DARE officer was convicted last Friday on numerous charges related to unwanted sexual contact with young women. Ramon Borbon, 40, was convicted of sexual abuse and obstructing a criminal investigation in the case of a 16-year-old girl whom he forced to touch him inappropriately and threatened to stop her from going to authorities. He was also convicted of sexual assault and kidnapping charges in the case of a 19-year-old woman for restraining and raping her. He was in uniform during both incidents. In a motion ruling during trial, Santa Cruz County Superior Court Judge James Soto wrote that Borbon has “a character trait which gives rise to an aberrant sexual propensity” and that he appeared to have “identified young, vulnerable females with a history of psychological and/or substance abuse problems that are less likely to come forward and if they do, are less likely to be considered credible.” There are also at least four other complaints of sexual abuse against Borbon. The War on Drugs – War On The 10th Amendment – An Ongoing Miscarriage of Justice The Innocent Suffer – But It Affects Us All What do Ron Obadia, Nadine Artemis and Hashish have in common? Let us reword the question. What do Organic Tea Tree Oil, Frankincense Oil, CoQ10, Raw Chocolate and Hashish have in common? Answer: They all test positive for THC. NOTE: Tetrahydrocannabinol, also known as THC, Δ9-THC, Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol (delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol), Δ1-tetrahydrocannabinol (using an older chemical nomenclature), or dronabinol, is the main psychoactive substance found in the Cannabis plant. The Canadian and United States Federal Governments’ war on drugs is expensive and has failed. What have the taxpayers gained? Is the country free from drugs? Street pharmacists operate everywhere. Sometimes the innocent pay. That is what this story is about. However, we don’t just cover the tragedy, we offer a solution. We point out that Canadian and U.S. Governments are out of control and getting worse by the day. If we took a poll, we could ask the [...]

by D.L. Sletrab Medical Justice – Medical Marijuana Second Largest US Physicians Group Endorses Medical Marijuana There has been plenty of political controversy and stigma surrounding the subject of medical marijuana but the second largest physician group in the country has endorsed the use, reclassification, and further study of the natural product. In a position paper issued February 14th, 2008, the American College of Physicians (ACP) made the case that the excessive formality surrounding the medical use of cannabis is obscuring good science and stifling research. States, California in particular, have opened the door for legal use of medical marijuana, but this stands in opposition to the federal government’s Schedule I classification of the plant. This discontinuity has led to legal obfuscation and obscurity as to what is actually legal. Schedule I is a term used to describe drugs such as LSD and heroin, and translates to a substance having “no accepted medical use and being unsafe for use even under medical supervision.” The Federal Government needs to stay out of the State’s business. In regulating marijuana, the Federal Government is violating the U. S. Constitution. Read the Tenth Amendment which reads as follows; The powers not delegated to the [...]

by D.L. Sletrab Medical Justice – Medical Marijuana Chemical in Marijuana May Prevent Breast Cancer From Spreading November 19, 2008 – One of the non-psychoactive chemical that occurs naturally in the marijuana plant may prevent breast cancer from spreading, according to a study published in the journal Molecular Cancer Therapeutics. Researchers found that a chemical called cannabidiol (CBD) affects the activity of a gene known as Id-1 in patients with hormone-independent breast cancer. In embryos, Id-1 is responsible for helping cells grow and spread, but is supposed to remain inactive in adults. In human adults, it is found only in metastatic cancer cells, or cancer cells that are spreading throughout the body. “When the Id-1 genes wake up, they are very bad,” said senior researcher Pierre Yves-Desprez. “They push the cells to behave like embryonic cells and grow. They go crazy, they proliferate, they migrate.” That is why this discovery is so important. Whether or not these non-addictive compounds find their way into the body in a beneficial way is yet to be discovered so stay tuned. The current research indicates the substance needs to concentrated to have full effect. According to Desprez, shutting off the activity of Id-1 can [...]

What can we do right now to save ourselves? The answer is create our own cash flow systems. When my grandfather went through the great depression he lost his farm and livestock but started his own enterprise and survived. While things are not as bad yet as back then, it could get worse – a lot worse. Back to what my grandfather told me. He said, “Ron if you ever live long enough to get into another depression, just remember, at least 70% to 75% of folks will still have an income and you can make a living selling to them. Pick something out that you know they are going [...]

November 17, 2008 – You expect rain, of course. But we have a serious financial storm approaching. Many are sounding their warnings. However, we wonder, are they correct? Should be pay attention to them? If they are correct, how should we prepare? How credible are these self-proclaimed profits? Where do we find reliable information? Also, how credible are the critics of those sounding the alarm? Listen to these videos and comment please. You will need to register as a subscriber to comment. Video #1: US Economy to collapse and fall to inflation, army unit deployed to enforce martial law when civil unrest starts. Publisher’s Comment: While I do not know personally if what the above video depicts is correct, I do know that the Government will have to create inflation to survive this economic mess they have put us in. What follows next, is another video I need your comments and wisdom on. Please advise us as to what your thoughts are on these subjects.
by Ron Bartels Political Justice – Economic Justice – Political Corruption U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe of Oklahoma Requests Stop Payment November 17, 2008 – The courageous Senator from Oklahoma has stood up to corruption once again. Like a good leader, he refuses to follow the crowd to pursue genuine solution. In an interview with Jim Myers of the Washington Bureau of the Tulsa World, the Oklahoma Republican said, ““It is just outrageous that the American people don’t know that Congress doesn’t know how much money he (Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson) has given away to anyone. Last week the Treasury [...]
