by Ron Bartels – Sponsored by Real Gear for Real Bikers, Legalzoom and Jurisdictionary This is an investigative report. It is submitted to the Court of Public Opinion. Is Obama Really a Political Criminal? The most relevant question today is; “is the biggest political crime in American history taking place right before our eyes?” Is the puppet in the White House ineligible, according to the Constitution, to preside in the Oval Office? Is he a fraudster or a usurper? Barack Hussein Obama could easily put this issue to rest right now by releasing his actual birth certificate! But he refuses to do just that. No matter how many times he has been asked, Obama still will not release his actual birth certificate. On top of that, he is actively thwarting many efforts to compel him to release his actual birth certificate. He has teams of lawyers fighting efforts to get him to release his actual birth certificate, while his loyal underlings look down their noses at us commoners, the American people and call these legitimate requests “garbage.” The obvious imperative for those who attempt to dismiss this controversial question is: If Barack Hussein Obama has nothing to hide, [...]

by Ron Bartels, Ph.D. – Sponsored by Legalzoom and Jurisdictionary This report i both funny and sad at the same time. The Story of the Dead-Beat Bank “Ron, Here is the report I was telling you about on the phone and you have my permission to publish it on JusticeTimes.com. Please correct my spelling and take out the bad words I wrote. Matter of fact, please publish it in JusticeTimes.com! Mom always liked your humor and what you do so she and dad would both be happy if you had some fun with this. Thanks, Roger” Roger: Now some customer service people are really stupid and must be reading from a script when you call in! So be sure to cancel your parents credit cards before they die. My mother passed away December 4th, 2008 some time during her sleep. She looked very peaceful when I found her. She had not answered her morning phone call from me so I suspected she had either passed away or was sick. So I went over to her place instead of the office where I have to go almost 7 days per week due to the type of business I have. As her only son [...]

by Ron Bartels – Sponsored by Legalzoom and Jurisdictionary Ring Up a Big Victory for Freedom of Speech! In a unanimous decision, the Supreme Court of the United States today issued a Pleasant Grove City v. Summum clearing the way for governments to accept permanent monuments of their choosing in public parks. This important decision comes in the case of Pleasant Grove City v. Summum, a critical First Amendment case in which the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) represented the Utah city in a challenge to a display of the Ten Commandments in a city park. This decision represents a resounding victory for government speech. The decision gives government the right to speak for itself and the ability to communicate on behalf of its citizens. It’s a significant decision that clears the way for government to express its views and its history through the selection of monuments – including religious monuments and displays. This decision also puts a bookend on the litigation surrounding the display of the Ten Commandments that’s been taking place for years across the country. As always, in presenting a case before the court, the way the question is framed is critical in guiding [...]

by Ron Bartels Note: JusticeTimes.com is a non-partisan, watchdog, justice organization. We will report on suspected political corruption until the day the suspected subject of the corruption is exposed or cleared. The Bailout Bill Congress Passed on October 3rd, 2008 would not have been necessary if Congress had been performing oversight instead of blocking oversight. We do not care whether they have a R, D, I, L or C* after their name. Political Justice – Political Corruption – Financial Corruption – Financial Justice Reality: Corruption nearly Always has Innocent Victims This is why all of us need to investigate all we can until Government Investigators are called in. We recommend a special prosecutor be appointed right now. Every day that passes increases the likelihood that innocent victims will not be compensated and the perpetrators will escape justice. We need to put pressure on our U.S. Senators, U.S. Congressional Representatives and all candidates for the U.S. Presidency. Just provide some background, we have this link written by Bill Sammon. Congressman Barney Frank always denies any conflict of interest and consistently refuses to accept responsibility for any wrong doing. He just blames everything on Republicans and Conservatives. If what he says is true, we want to know [...]

by Ron Bartels Medical Justice – Health Care Justice – Health Care Reform Answers to Solving the Health Care Crisis Continue to Evolve. While national politicians like to use the health care crisis as a way to get votes, Texas Lawmakers have stopped talking and started doing. When the health care crisis is solved, one of two things will happen. It will either be solved permanently or temporarily in such a way as to need constant political rhetoric to once again obtain votes. Problems, once solved, cease to be a tool to garner votes. Lets push for solutions that keep bureaucrats out of the pie. Consider what Texas has done so well. Texas doctors continue to benefit from the state’s medical liability reform effort. The board of the Texas Medical Liability Trust in September of 2008 approved an average rate reduction of 4.7 percent for TMLT-insured physicians. They also approved a 22.5 percent dividend for renewing policyholders. The changes will take effect Jan. 1, 2009. TMLT has successfully reduced insurance premiums for Texas physicians every year since 2003, when Texas lawmakers boldly passed tort reform legislation that capped damage awards against physicians. This is the type of legislation that has kept practice insurance rates in check. We [...]

We had better check this out. Maybe we could check into the city’s checkbook to find out where are their money is really going besides fighting crime. Then, the apparent, somewhat arrogant attitude of Palm Bay Police Chief Bill Berger’s comment that, “85%-90% of auto break-ins involve unlocked doors.” Not even an unlocked door is a reason to excuse crime.
by Ron Bartels Political Corruption – Financial Justice – Crooks Supporting Politicians – Crony Capitalism Left and Right Wing Political leaders agree that bungling executives continue to make exoritant salaries and bonuses. The original $700,000,000,000+++ bail-out was void of much needed accountability so quite a few politicans were very reluctant to sign on to the bail-out bill until significant changes were made. The petition, organized by independent Senator Bernie Sanders from Vermont, attacked what it described as the Treasury’s attempt to let bungling executives “continue to make exorbitant salaries and bonuses.” Senator Sanders organized a petition signed by over 32,000 plus people pleading with our political leaders to hold the financial crooks accountable. Newt Gingrich, the fiercely conservative former speaker in the House of Representatives, wrote in the National Review that the bailouts, likely to top a trillion dollars, smack of “crony capitalism.” Both Democrats and Republicans have caused both the American Public and Main Street Business to fall on hard times. Politicains in power received financial contributions from entities they regulated. This is one great scam. Voters could do well to vote against every politician who accepted contributions from people who were connected with entities that the politician regulated.
