American Government is Supposed to be Different – It is our Duty to Correct it when Things Go Wrong
Justice is one of the primary elements that give America the great strength it has enjoyed for so many years. Justice, once achieved, must be maintained. Justice is not just about righting the wrongs that common criminals create, although that is a major component, but Justice is an everyday need in the form of fairness in weights & measures and even in the calling of balls and strikes in the Little League game at the ball park.
To expand the opportunity we as Americans have to control our own Government and thus control our destiny, we have launched this portal of Justice. To achieve this objective, we have decided to operate this media format solely on an entrepreneurial basis.
The United States Department of Commerce has observed how our populations have formed 1018 population centers in the United States and Puerto Rico. They are identified as MSA’s. MSA’s stand for Metropolitan Statistical Areas and also for Micropolitan Statistical Areas. In our effort to expand the benefits of Justice to all the people in all the population centers, we have adopted the 1018 MSA’s. Each MSA will have it’s own entrepreneurial publisher.
There are literally 10′s of thousands of American who care about the quality of life they and their neighbors have. We can no longer hide our heads in the sand and expect politicians to solve our problems. We the people must involve ourselves as well or lose what our forefathers so valiantly struggled for.
That is why the entrepreneurial publishers in each area will have as many entrepreneurial editors as they determine they have opportunities for but also as many entrepreneurial reporters and pundits as needed whop are willing to devote as little as an hour per week and report on their discoveries. All will share in apportioned advertising revenues. While anyone can enlist an account, the publishers can contract with as many entrepreneurial account executives as it takes to contact and assist all ethical willing sponsors.
A portion of all advertising revenues will be allocated for filling in the gaps for hiring competent legal counsel or in some cases where the legal counselor s working pro bono, stepping in to help cover expenses. Some money will be appropriated for rewards for information where needed. We will promote additional funding from readers and sponsors on a voluntary basis. All such funds will be managed by banks under the control of a local MSA board, with at least one CPA and the funds will be escrowed in a local bank until needed for a worthy cause.
We will have a business directory. All vetted businesses will have the opportunity for a FREE basic listing. Many business will chose to sponsor us with upgraded listings to help readers discover what they do or sell or service. Press releases for sponsoring businesses are FREE. Others pay.
We mentioned the term, vetted businesses. Many forms of planned publicity will accept sponsorships from any willing business that will pay the rates. That is their model. For them, it is the right thing to do. But our readers expect a higher standard of accountability.
Therefore, we will vet our business sponsors. We will not accept wild listings like other advertising sponsored enterprises. If a business has a public record of questionable or unethical behavior, we will not only refuse their sponsorship, but we will investigate them and expose them. We will constantly monitor the Attorney General’s Office of each State but also the Better Business Bureau and the court systems. We will accept complaints from our population areas and the businesses within them. All deserve justice. Complaints can be filed with our Justice on Your Side groups.
Not all complaints will be valid so we will provide opportunity for the other side to respond. Much of the time, if the dispute is resolved amicably and the parties want privacy, we will preserve that right. However, should a dishonest person or entity decide to be less than ethical in our opinion and that of our legal advisors, we will publish the story. This should give less scrupulous operators pause. Scammers will have a much lower opportunity to prosper.
Lets us consider a hypothetical example that will appear as an actual example. The hypothetical example is a reflection of what goes on daily all over our nation.
An unethical out of town contractor makes misleading claims, does unsatisfactory work and in some cases even charges a lot more than an honest local contractor with high standards. As we discover these practices, we will expose them. Why? It is unjust for homeowner to get ripped off. It is unjust for a local contractor to lose work to an unethical and many time unlicensed scammer.
This is why we attempt to restrict our business directory to vetted businesses. In fact, we want homeowners to post pictures and write comments about the work quality and good service our local sponsors provide. With good reports about good contractors, combined with our investigative interference against unethical contractors, we expect to be doing our part to help make our communities safer and more prosperous.
Readers with questions can post their questions with the expert sponsors of this enterprise. Here are some examples: Ask the lawyer, ask the mechanic, ask the plumber, ask the chef, ask the banker, ask the chief of police, ask the mayor, ask the Governor.
If you have read this far, we are quite sure you like what you have read. Consider joining us. We need sponsors, readers (so tell your friends and family) entrepreneurial account executives, reporters of all sorts and not just the courthouse beat either (we need that) but someone needs to report the soccer games, complete with interviews and pictures. We need pundits and editors and yes the publishers. They will all have entrepreneurial contracts. Some will earn a lot and some will earn a little. It will be according to their diligence and the areas they choose to cover.
We will even open up underage opportunities for young people under parental or legal guardian supervision. It will be fun! The classified section will be installed soon and then will go through multiple upgrades and will be FREE for non-commercial ads and FREE for entity sponsors.
Now that you know what we are doing and why, we will post our contact information.
