Unjust Prosecutions

Child Support Agencies Need Monitoring by the Public

From time to time, in the legal system, we have unjust prosecutions.  Following is but one example of an unjust prosecution.  The primal question becomes; “why do we have so many unjust prosecutions on a nationwide basis.”

The answer is simply this; the statutes providing immunity for prosecutors do not currently permit prosecutors, who make unjustified prosecutions, liable for these acts of tyranny.  We the people are going to have to set in and get the legislation updated for accountability.  In addition, recourse must be swift, inexpensive and attorney’s fees awarded to the attorneys at law who succeed in prosecuting these cases.

The breakdown and destruction of American families is on the rise. One of the missions of Justice Times is to provide educational information to legislators, policymakers, the media, and the public on the destructive laws and policies that are negatively affecting families nationwide.

It is our belief that some of the negative consequences to families that exist are unintentional. When these matters are brought to the attention of the bureaucrats, they fail to refer the matter to the appropiate legislative body for correction.  That has become our mission.

These consequences are based on erroneous information and can be remedied by educational efforts that present the truth by shining the light on injustice. It is our belief that when the general public is aware of the family injustices that exist today, the public will demand positive change for families from their representatives and elected officials, and policymakers.

One of our goals is to accurately and fairly expose injustice and questionable practices affecting families today. When equal rights for parents become the norm, we will see equal responsibilities follow which will ultimately benefit children and society.

Unnecessary and unfair state intrusion into the private realm of the family, where the civil rights of parents, children and their basic liberty interests are ignored, should be abolished.

Child Support Billing Errors and/or Questionable Practices of Child Support Agencies go overlooked by legislators.  This practice must end!

If you feel you have been billed for child support payments that you believe you do not owe, or you believe you have experienced a questionable practice by a child support agency in regard to child support payments, Justice Times wants to hear from you.

Justice Times, as new gathering and dissemination organization, is gathering nationwide information regarding child support billing errors and/or questionable practices of child support agencies.

Perhaps your credit report has been affected by the alleged unpaid child support or your driver’s license or business license has been threatened with suspension. Perhaps your income tax refund has been intercepted or your bank account has been seized when you believe child support was not due. Or, perhaps you have been arrested or threatened with arrest due to what you believe is an error or questionable child support policy.

Maybe you believe your child support payment has been collected by the child support agency, is “stuck in the system,” and has not been accurately distributed to the custodial parent.

If you are a custodial parent, perhaps you know that child support money has been paid into the child support agency by the non-custodial parent, but you believe that the collected child support is being held by the agency instead of being forwarded to the custodial parent and children.

There may be any number of scenarios in addition to the above. We want to hear your feedback.

If you have information that you feel would be of interest to NFJA regarding child support, we would like to hear from you also.
